Softventure may process the following categories of personal data, as provided by you in your capacity of data subject or otherwise by the client/business partner/collaborator of Softventure within which you carry out your activity and/or by the representative and/or contact person within such client/business partner/collaborator, by a third party provider, automatically while using the services provided by Softventure or as obtained from other sources (public source or other third sources):
– identification data (e.g. name and surname, domicile, birth date);
– contact data (e.g. e-mail address, mailing address, phone number);
– payment information (e.g. credit card information, bank account);
– data regarding profession, job position;
– testimonials regarding your use of the services;
– information collected automatically during the use of our services, such as the time and date of access to the services and the IP address;
– information from correspondence (email, fax or other online and offline means);
– any other information provided by you, if the case.
Please do not provide us more personal data than what is strictly necessary.
How do we use the data collected?
Personal data shall be processed by Softventure for one of the following purposes, as the case may be:
– to provide the services to you or the client/business partner/collaborator of Softventure within which you carry out your activity, including, without limitation: ensuring access to the services (including trial version), management of the services, maintenance of the services, invoicing of the services, processing payments, carrying out any communication/notification prior to or during performance of the services and implementation of contracts, debts recovery, any other operation reasonably necessary for the provision of the services and management of contracts;
– to address your inquiries as well as any requests forwarded to Softventure;
– to comply with the legal obligations to which Softventure is subject (e.g. archiving obligations);
– to improve and monitor our website and to keep it safe and secure;
– to establish collaboration with potential clients;
– to send you information on our products/services and/or Softventure’s activity;
– to carry out the recruitment process, as well as, subsequently, as the case may be, to conclude a contract with Softventure.
The provision of the personal data necessary for the purposes mentioned above may be mandatory. The refusal to provide such data may lead to the impossibility for Softventure to provide the services, address your requests and/or to comply with the legal obligations incumbent upon Softventure.

Softventure performs the following personal data processing operations, with or without the use of automated means: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storing, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, erasure, as well as any other operations to the extent necessary to reach the above-mentioned purposes

Personal data are processed by Softventure on one of the following grounds:
– performance or conclusion of a contract between Softventure and the data subject;
– compliance with a legal obligation incumbent upon Softventure;
– legitimate interests pursued by Softventure;
– your consent (i.e. when sending information on our products/services and/or Softventure’s activity to potential clients).
Which are the legitimate interests of Softventure?
Your personal data are processed, whenever the case, for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by Softventure, such as:
– the provision and improvement of the services/products provided by Softventure;
– conclusion of contracts with the legal persons within which the data subject carries out his/her activity
– proper management of the performance of the contracts with clients as well as business partners or any other collaborators;
– proper functioning and/or improvement of our website;
– exercising our rights before competent authorities/courts (e.g. to recover any debts arising from contracts);
– promoting our brand and our services/products.

Softventure may process the personal data through the following third parties, as the case may be: (i) e-mail providers, (ii) subscription and billing management providers, (iii) web analysis services providers, (iv) accounting services provider, (v) credit institutions, (vi) IT services provider, (vii) business partners, client and collaborators, (viii) public authorities.
How long do we store your personal data?
The personal data entrusted by you shall be processed by Softventure: (i) for the duration of the Terms of Use and the Agreement on the Processing of Personal Data and, subsequently, according to the legal provisions (e.g. for archiving purposes); (ii) for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose for which processing is carried out (including the duration for which contractual liability could be triggered); (iii) for the duration necessary to provide the web analysis services.
Which are your rights?
In your capacity as data subjects whose personal data are collected and processed by Softventure, in its capacity as controller, you have the following rights:
– right of access to the data – you have the right to obtain from Softventure a confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, as well as access to the personal data, according to the Regulation;
– right to rectification – you have the right to obtain from Softventure the rectification of your inaccurate personal data as well as the right to have incomplete personal data completed;
– right to erasure – you have the right to obtain from Softventure the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay and Softventure shall have the obligation to erase personal data when, inter alia, the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
– right to restriction of processing – you have the right to obtain from Softventure restriction of processing when, inter alia, you contest the accuracy of your personal data, for a period enabling Softventure to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
– right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data, as provided to Softventure, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer such data to another controller, under certain conditions;
– right to object – you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you under certain conditions, including profiling based on such conditions;
– right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
– right to submit a complaint in front of the competent national authority for the supervising and processing of personal data (i.e. on a national level, the Romanian National Authority for the Supervising and Processing of Personal Data);
– right to withdraw consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, in case of processing based on consent (i.e. when sending information on our services/products and/or Softventure’s activity to potential clients/parners/collaborators); you can opt out from our e-mails by replying to the e-mail received.
Please note that you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for sending information on our products and/or Softventure’s activity, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing, by sending a request in this regard to the following e-mail address office@softventure.ro. In such a case, the personal data shall no longer be processed by Softventure for this purpose.

Who has access to your data?
The personal data submitted when requesting a demo are stored through our e-mail (e.g. Google) and server provider. Your request shall be forwarded via e-mail to the person within Softventure in charge with providing you an answer. Your personal data shall not be sent to a third party.

The personal data entrusted by you shall be processed by Softventure as long as Koala Docs is used by you.
Which are your rights?
As owner of the personal data you have the following rights:
– right of access to the data – you have the right to obtain from Softventure a confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, as well as access to the personal data; also, you can obtain a copy of the personal data provided to Softventure and undergoing processing; for any further copies requested, Softventure may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs; if you make the request by electronic means, and unless otherwise requested by you, the information shall be provided in a commonly used electronic form;
– right to rectification – you have the right to obtain from Softventure the rectification of your inaccurate personal data as well as the right to have incomplete personal data completed;
– right to erasure – you have the right to obtain from Softventure the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay and Softventure shall have the obligation to erase personal data where one of the following grounds apply: (i) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; (ii) you withdraw consent on which the processing is based and where there is no other legal ground for the processing; (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; (iv) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; (v) the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in European Union or Romanian law;
